RESOLUTION NO. 92-~
RELATING TO PETITION NUMBER NUC-92-1, FOR A
NON-CONFORMING USE ALTERATION ON PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter
125, Florida

Statutes, has conferred on all counties in Florida

business regulations as are necessary for the protection ot the

i~~: ';,' ,WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land
,~'" \, Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which establishes
:;~:':;'" regulations for the zoning of particular geographic divisions ot
the County, among which is the granting of requests for
non-conforming use alterations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Appeals being the duly elected
constituted board of the area hereby affected, has held a public
hearing after notice as in said regulations made and provided,
and has considered the advisability of the change of an existing
non-oonforming use, an automobile window tinting business,
, looated at 1396 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, Florida, to another
non-conforming use ot the same character, a custom countertop
fabrioator, in a C-1 Zone tor the property hereinafter
described, and has found as a matter of fact that satisfactory
provision and arrangement has been made concerning all
applioable matters required by said regulations and in
aocordance with Section 1.8.6 of the Land Development Code for
the unincorporated area of Collier County, and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity
to be heard by this Board in publio meeting assembled and the

of Collier County, Florida, that the Petition NUC-92-1 filed by
George W. Shepard & Son, Inc., property owner, with respect to
