Resolution 1992-220 RESOLUTION NO. 92-220 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY DETERMINING THAT REVISIONS TO ~E TWELVE LAKES DEVELOPMENT ORDER 87-1, PREVIOUSLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NUMBER 87-110 DO NOT CONSTITUTE A SUBSTANTIAL DEVIATION REQUIRING FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT REVIEW. WHEREAS, the Board cf County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida approved Development Order 87-1 (the Development Order) on Fet.ruary 10, 1987 which approved a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) known as Twelve Lakes; and WHEREAS, Section 380.06(19) (f)(2), Florida Statutes. requires that proposed changes to a previOUSly approved Development of Regional Impact (DRI) be submitted by the developer to the local gC1vernment, the regional planning council and the state land planning agency; and WHEREAS, submittal c.f the proposed changes was made to the appropriate pUblic authorities; and WHEREAS, Section 380.06(10) (f)5, Florida Statutes, requires that the local ~rovernment shall determine whether or not the proposed change to the previously approved DRI development order constitutes a substantial deviation requiring further Development-of-Regional-Impact review; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County has reviewed and considered the report and recommendations of the SCluthwest Florida Regional Planning Council (SWFRPC) and held on April 7, 1992 a pUblic hearing on the petition; and WHEREAS, by separate action the Board of County Commissioners will cause the Twelve Lakes PUD Development Order to be amended to rElflect the proposed revisions which II 000 PAGE 94 ""~_.--~~'_'~.__"~'_'~"~~___~_"_"~,~~"__~,,~__,,,...._~",_,",_~~O..'",....'. _".,_~_."...."..., APRIL I. l~';/L do not constitute a substantial deviation requiring further Development-of-Regional-Impact review: NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier ce.unty, Florida that: . The proposed revisions to the Twelve Lakes Development Order 87-1, as described in Petition DOA-92-1, noted as Exhibit "A" and hereto made a part of this resolution do not constitute a substantial deviation requiring further Development of Regional Impact review.
