RESOLUTION NO. 92- 218
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
PARKING FEES AT THE CLAM PASS PARK,
TIGERTAIL BEACH, AND VANDERBILT BEACH
COUNTY PARKING FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously adopted
Resolution No. 90-488, establiShing a County policy to maximize
utilization of user fees and/or concession revenues to offset the
increased costs of Parks and Recreations programs; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has provided for
and approved the operation of the County's pUblic parking
facilities at or near locations known as Clam Pass Park,
Tigertai1 Beach, and Vanderbilt Beach in Collier County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, Collier County does incur certain costs and expenses
in providing such parking facilities and parking services for the
public users thereof.
'NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
The following fee schedule is hereby approved for and
required of all users of the County-provided parking facilities
at Clam Pass Park, Tigertai1 Beach, and Vanderbilt Beach:
(A) Enclosed Lot Parking: $1.00 per vehicle per day
(B) Yearly Parking Permit: $20.00 per vehicle per year.
A permitted vehicle may be parked in the enclosed lot or
in an on-street parking space, but such permit is not
intended to guarantee and does not guarantee the permit

County facilities shall be on a first come, first served
basis.
(C) Metered Parking: $.25 per vehicle per hour
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT:
This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 90-488 in its
entirety.
The effective date of this Resolution is October 1, 1991.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
