RESOLUTION NO. 92 -216
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
QUEENS PARK AT LAGO VERDI, PHASES I, II, AND VI, RELEASE
OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITIES, 'AND ACCEPTING THE
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE,
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on January 22, 1991, granted preliminary acceptance of the
subdivision improvements in Queens Park at Lago Verdi, Phases I, II,
and VI: and
WHEREAS, the developer has cons~ructed and maintained the
ro~dway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved plans and specifications and as required by the Land
Development Code (COllier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County
Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and release of
his maintenance security; and

has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and
and is recommending acceptance of said
WHEREAS, the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be'
granted for those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in
Queens Park at Lago Verdi, Phases I, II, and VI, and authorize the
Clerk to release the maintenance securities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the
future maintenance and other attendant costs
drainage, water and sewer improvements that are
maintained by the homeowners association.

vote favoring same.
