RESOLUTION NO. 92- 211
APRIL 7, 1992
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs ot
~',,:,' abatement ot certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
, cost incurred by the County, shall be assesse~ against such property;

;~i' with a description ot said parcel; and
ik,\' WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding

~.~.",f,' WHEREAS, the assessment shllll become due and 'payable thirty (30)
, ", days after the mailing of Notice ot Assessment atter which interest
"':,!-. shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12..0\) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated ot a public nuisance atter due and
proper notice thereot to the owner ot said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs ot such abatement, to wit:

The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notice ot assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and it such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy ot this Resolution shall be filed in the Otfice of the
Clerk of Courts, in and tor Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal of the assessment of the owner.
