NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COHHISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board has
considered the environaental factors, safety factora and coat
factors relatinl to the location of the transportation
iaprove..nts and related facilities.
AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board has deterained that
there are no aobile hoaes located within the lands described in
co.posite Exhibit "A", and that Raid road right-ot-way. utility,
drainale and aaintenance easeaents are the most economically
feasible locations in order to perait the construction and
..intenance of the transportation iaprove.ents and related
facilities,
AND IT IS FURTHER REBOLVED that the Board has deterained that
the construction and .aintenance of the transportation
iaprove.ents and related facilities is necessary and in the best
interesta of Collier Count,.,
AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the construction and
..intenance of the transportation i.prove.ents and related
facilities is co.patible with the lonl ranle planning loals and
obJectivea of the Growth Hanale.ent Plan for Collier County,
AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that it ia necessary and in the
best interest of Collier County for the Board to acquire the
road right-of-way, utility. drainage and aaintenance ease.ents
described in coaposite Exhibit "A"; and County Staff is hereby
authorized and directed to acquire by gift, purchase or
condeanation the road right-of-way. utility, drainage and
..intenance ease.ents described in coaposite Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein, in accordance with the provisions
of Chapters 73, 74 and 127, Florida Statutes, and County Staft is
hereby directed to institute condemnation proceedings to acquire
said easeaents in those instances in which said easeaents cannot
b. obtained through alreeaent at the County appraiser's estimate
of Just coapensation due the property owner and/or in those
instances in which it is deter.ined that condemnation is the only
feasible aethod of obtaining the unencuabered intereat sought.
