llHEREAS, the Board of County C_lssloners of Collier County, Florida
adopted Colll.r County Ordlnanc. Mo. 90-30 on April 10, 1990, such Ordinance
referred to u the 'Colll.r County Mandator)' Sol1d lIut. Coll.ctlon and
Disposal Ordinance'; and
llHEREAS, Section Flft..n of said ordinance provides that when It shall
appear that the special aSI.s...nt .lght have been lapoled und.r this
Ordlnanc. agaln~t any resld.ntlal unIt, but such unit was oaltted fro. the
apploprlat. specIal ass.s...nt roll, the Board alY, by resolution, lapose the
appllcabl. special assessalnt for the s.rvlc. year In which such error Is
dlscov.red and also for the prior two s.rvlc. years; and
llHEREAS, Staff have Identified residential units that were oaltted
. fro. the Special Ass.ssaent Roll; and
llHEREAS, a Certlflcat. of Correction for .ach of those residential.
aalts that are subject to addItIon to the Special Asses...nt Roll for the 1991
Service Year pursuant to Collier County Ordinance Ho. 90-30 has been flled In
tile offtce of the Clerk.
llHEREAS, there are attached hereto and Incorporated herein one (1)
ltst Identifying those resIdential units per reference nUllber and the nUlllber
of residential units thereon added to the Special Assessaent Roll, said list
eatltled 'Attachaent Hu.ber One.'
110I/, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOlVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COfIlISSIONERS

I. The Chalraan Is authorized to execute the CertIficates of
Correction for each of those residential units IdentifIed
herein and such residential units be and are hereby added to
the Special Assessaent Roll for the 1991 Service Year
pursuant to Collier County Ordinance Ho. 90-30, and that
these units be billed Immediately by the Collier County
Solid lIast. Departaent for the 1991 Service year.
2. The Clerk Is hereby ordered and directed to spread this
Resolution In full among the minutes of this aeetlng for
peraanent record In his office.
