A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSHEN'l' OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATDa:NT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinanc. 91-47, the dir.ct costs ot
abate.ent of certain nui.ances, includinq pr.scribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be a.s....d aqainst .uch property;
and
WHEREAS, th. co.t th.reot to th. COUnty a. to .ach parc.l shall be
calculated and r.ported to the Board of County COIIIIIi..ioners, toqether
with a d..cription of .aid parc.l; and
WHEREAS, .uch a.......nt shall be a leqal, valid and bindinq
obligation UPOn the prOPerty aqain.t vbich IIade until paid; and
WHEREAS, the a.......nt shall become due and payable thirty (30)
day. after the lIailinq ot Notic. of As..s...nt att.r which interest
shall accru. at a rat. ot twelve percent (12.0') per annum on any
unpaid portion ther.of.
