AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AMD AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION
OF UTILITY EASEMENTS BY GIFT PURCHASE OR CONDEMNATION,
WHICH ARE NECESSARY FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
