RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING THE
WATER MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR AND/OR ASSIGNEE TO
REPRESENT COLLIER COUNTY AS A MEMBER OF THE
RIVIERA COLONY GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of Commissioners has a
'need for an Agent and/or Assignee to represent the County for all
'yoting issues and related business as a member of Riviera Golf
Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.: and

',~:nece..ary for the Board of County commissioners to officially

:~~Assiqnee to participate as a voting member of the Riviera Golf
,. Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. Such Agent and/or Assignee
~ shall be granted the authority to vote on routine issues under
guidelines of Collier County Government policies and procedures.
Any issue not within such authority shall require the approval of
the Board of County Commissioners and/or the approval of the
County Manager: and
WHEREAS, the appointed Agent and/or Assignee shall provide
summary memoranda and copies of the minutes of the meetings to the
Board of County commissioners for review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
The Water Management Director and/or Assignee is hereby
appointed and authorized to participate as a voting member of the
Riviera Golf Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. on behalf of
Collier County.
