Elevated dune walkover and dune re-vegetation shall be 4esiqned according to and approved by the Florida Department ot Natural Resources, Division ot Beaches and Shores. Only native halophytic vegetation will be allowed. .ative veqetation in the pathway ot the proposed dune walkover shall be transplanted it possible and incorporated into the re-veqetation plan. Construction or dune re-veqetation activities shall not occur within one hundred (100) feet ot the nesting zone of the beach Where sea turtles nest or aay nest during the nesting season without obtaining a Construction in Sea Turtle Nesting Area perait (Collier county Land Development Code Section 3.10.8) and an approved Florida Department ot Natural Resources Sea Turtle Protection Plan. If it is necessary for vehicles to be on the beach tor construction or re-vegetation, petitioner shall obtain a Vehicle on the Beach perait. Prior to issuance of such pera1t, the petitioner shall perform any additional protected species survey determined appropriate and if necessary obtain . all required Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish commission pend te. outdoor lighting associated with construction or re-veqetation, within three hundred (300) feet of the nestinq zone shall be in compliance with Collier county Land Development Code Section 3.10.3. Lights at parks or other public beach access points shall be shIelded or shaded or shall not be utilized after 9:30 p.m. between Kay 1st and October 31st each year per Collier county Land Development Code Section 3.10.6.2. ,. Petitioner shall install siqns in dune re-veqetation areas indicating that beach users are requested not to intrude into or onto dune arsa(s). Petitioner shall notify Project Review Services Environmental Statf one week prior to cOllllRencing work seaward of the cCSL and also within one week following completion of work seaward of the ccSL.
