Ordinance 89-052ORDINANCE NO. 89 - 52 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 77-66, THE EIS ORDINANCE; BY AMENDING SECTION FOUR: REQUIRED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT INFORMATION; BY ADDING A REQUIREMENT FOR THE SUBMITTAL OF A HABITAT MAP ON AN AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH; BY PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY; AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ~ ~W~EREAS, the Growth Management Plan adopted by the Board of c~ser~on, and appropriate use of its native vegetative communities and wildlife habitats; and .%.
