RESOLUTION NO. 94-~
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR HARJSHIP
DEFERMENT OF THE 1991 SOLID WASTE AND DISPOSAL
SERVICES SPECIAL ASSESSMENT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on April 10, 1990
adopted Ordinance No. 90-30 which is referred to as the "Collier
County Mandatory Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Ordina:1ce";
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted an
amendment to Ordinance No. 90-30 that provides for a hardship
deferment of payment for certain residential property owners who
make application and qualify for the hardship deferment; and
WHEREAS, certain property owners made application for the
hardship deferment in 1991 to defer payment of the Solid Waste
Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessment; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the
properties that have qualified for the hardship deferment shall be
liened, but the lien shall not be foreclosed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) The application for hardship deferment for the
residential property described below is hereby approved,
