COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES SPECIAL

WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board of
County Commissioners on September 13, 1994, adopted Resolution No. 94-668 authorizing the
recording of notices of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal serviccs special
assessments for 1992; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board of
County Commissioners on September 20, 1994, adopted Resolution No. 94-694 authorizing the
recording of notices ofliens for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal services special
assessments for 1993; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board of
County Commissioners on August 22, 1995, adopted Resolution No. 95-475 authorizing the
recording of notices of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal services special
assessments for 1994; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board of
County Commissioners on August 1, 2000, adopted Resolution No. 2000-236 authorizing the
recording of notices of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal services special
assessments for 1995 and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended. the Board of
County Commissioners on August I, 2000, adopted Resolution No. 2000-237 authorizing the
recording of notices of licns for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal services special
assessments for 1996; and
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, requires the Board to
approve by Resolutiun ~nd record in the Official Records Satisfactions of Lien on all accounts that

have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORWA, that:
Pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended. the Board recognizes full
payment and receipt of the 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996 Service Year Solid Waste Collection
and Disposal Special Assessments for the following accounts numbered below, whereupon liens
have been recorded on real property pertaining to the following accounts:
