This Ordinance supersedes and repeals Collier County Ordinance Nos. 81-79,
81-78, 86-43, 82-112, 86-44, 80-52, 81-33, 78-47, 80-25, 81-77, 79-43, 80-115,
82-101, 82-66, and 82-100.
SECTION ~7~REE: CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other ordinance of ~)llier
County or other applicable law, the more restrictive shall apply. If any
~rase or portion of the Ordinance is held invalid o~ unconstitutional f~ any
court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate,
distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect: the
validity of the remaining portion.
SECTION FOUR: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice from the Secretary
of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the Secretary of State.
