REVISION OF POLICY AND PROCEDURES FOR
VACATION AND ANNULMENT OF PLATS or SUBDIVIDED
LAND, ROAD RIGHTS-Or-WAY AND/OR ALLEYWAYS,
AND PUBLIC DEDICATED EASEMENTS ON UNPLATTED
LAND.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
Florida, under the authority of Sections 125.01, 125.37,
336.09 and 336.10 Florida Statutes, and Collier County
Ordinance No. 91-102, Collier County Ordinance No. 88-76, and the

with the authority to grant or deny vacations and annulments of
'plats of subdivided land, road rights-of-way, and/or alleyways
and unplatted public dedicated easements (in whole or in part);
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on August 23,
adopted Resolution No. 83-141 establishing policies and
procedures for the above; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners meeting in
regular session on November 15, 1983 voted to amend aforesaid
Resolution No. 83-141 by Resolution No. 83-204.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the quidelines as set
in Attachment "A", and Attachment "B", and Attachment "C",
incorporated with and made part of this Resolution and be
. adopted as Policy and Procedures for the vacation of subdivided
lands, road rights-of-way, and/or Alleyways, and unplatted public
dedicated easements (in whole or part); and
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that this Resolution supersedes and
rescinds Resolution No. 83-204; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk be directed to record
