A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER
't, COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PRICE INCREASE AT THE LAKE
'. TRAFFORD MEMORIAL GARDENS CEMETERY LOCATED IN IMMOKALEE, FLORIDA.

:<t WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners on September 22,
'2~1987 approved Resolution 87-224 goveming the operation of the
.;.;)Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens located in Immokalee, Florida, and
f.J"" subsequently updated on May 1, 1990 by Resolution 90-242: and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on December 29,
1988 approved Resolution 88-319 adopted a ten percent (10%) price
increase to the current pricing structure:
WHEREAS, a price increase has not been implemented since
February 27, 1990, when the Board of County Commissioners
approVed the current pricing structure: and
WHEREAS, it is in the interests of Collier County to
increase the price of burial lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the pricing
structure of burial lots be amended as follows:
