RESOLtJ"l'ION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACC.Elrl'ANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
ROCKY PINES ESTATES UNIT TWO, RELEASE OF THE
KAIHTENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTs THAT ARB NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on November 28, 1989, approved the plat of Rocky Pines
Estates Uni~ Two for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, drainaqe, vater and sever improvements in accordance with
the approved plan. and specifications and as required by the Land
Developaent Code (COllier COUnty Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Utilities sta~ and Procedure. Ordinance (Collier County
Ordinance No. 88-76, a. aanded), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, vater and sever improve.ents and release of
. hi. ..intenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of Development
Services DepartJaent has inspected the roadway, drainaqe, water and
sever improv..ent. and i. recommendinq acceptance of said
facilities;
NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
mMKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COOR'l'Y, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be
granted for those roadway, drainaqe, vater ancl sever improvements in
Rocky Pines Estates Oni~ Two, and authorize the Clerk to release the
_intenance security.
BE IT FtJ~ RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
future maintenance and other attendant costs for the roadway,
drainaqe, water and .ever Ulprov...nts that are not required to be
aaintained by the homeowners association.
