RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF WATERPARK
PLACE AT PELICAN BAY A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED
PLAT DOWN AS PELICAN BAY UNIT FIFTEEN
WHEREAS, the Board ot County commissioners ot Collier County,
Florida, on November 13, 1990, approved the plat ot Pelican Bay Unit
"Fitteen tor recordinq: and

WHEREAS, Gult Bay Land Investments, Inc., Parcel J-l
Development, Inc., Gult Bay Development Trust, Inc., Parcel J-ll
Development, Inc. have acquired Parcel "B" of Pelican Bay Unit
Fitteen and have filed for a replat of said lands; and
.. . WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101(2), Florida Statutes requires the
Board of county commissioners to adopt a Resolution prior to the
racordinq ot an approved replat; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat ot Waterpark Place at
Pelican Bay, is a part ot a previously approved and recorded plat,
I Pelican Bay Unit Fitteen, and the tilinq and recordinq of this
.: approved plat shall not aftect access to lots previously conveyed
under the Pelican Bay Unit Fitteen plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUH'1'Y COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUN'l'Y, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Waterpark Place .at Pelican Bay, a part ot a previously approved and
recorded plat, Pelican Bay Unit Fitteen, is hereby approved for
recordinq and the dedications contained on the plat of Waterpark
Place at Pelican Bay are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation ot this action upon the
previous plat.
This Resolution adopted atter motion, second and majority
tavorinq same.
