RESOLUTION NO. 12 - !!!..
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL PURSUANT TO COLLIER COUNTY
ORDINANCE NO. 90-30.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida
adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30 on April 10, 1990, such Ordinance
~f.rred to as the -Collier County Mandatory Solid Waste Collection and
Dts~sal Ordinance-; and
WHEREAS, Section Fifteen of said ordinance provides that when it shall
;:appear that the special assessment .ight have been imposed under this
Ordinance against any residential unit, but such unit was omitted from the
-appropriate special asslss.ent roll, the Board .ay, by resolution, impose the
',applicable spechl assess.nt for the service year in which such error is
.discovered and also for the prior two service years; and
WHEREAS, Staff have identified residential units that were omitted
(,fro. the Special AssesSlent Roll; and
WHEREAS, a Certificate of Correction for each of those residential
'units that are subject to addition to the Special Assessment Roll for the 1991
Service Year pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30 has been f1.led in
the office of the Clerk.
WHEREAS, there are attached hereto and incorporated herein two (2)
lists IdentifYing those residential units per reference number and the number
"of residential units thereon added to the Spechl Assesslllnt Roll, said lists
entitled -Attachlent Number One- and -Attachlllnt Number Two.-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
1. The Chairman is authorized to execute the Certificates of
Correction for each of those residential units identified
herein and such residential units be and are hereby added to
the Special Assesslllnt Roll for the 1991 Service Year
pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, and that
these units be billed immediately by the Collier County
Solid Waste Department for the 1991 Service year.
2. The Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to spread this
Resolution in full among the minutes of this meeting for
permanent record in his office.
