RESOLUTION NO. 92-~
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE
FLORIDA BOATING IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FUNDS
WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, DIVISION OF RECREATION AND
PAR1<S, REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CONKLIN POINT PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH PARK
WHEREAS, the county ot Collier was originally incorporated
by the state ot Florida on the 7th day ot July, 1923, and has
" since qrown to a present population ot 170,380 people; and
WHEREAS, Collier County is hard pressed to meet the
:".xpenses involved in park development for its expnndinq
: population, and therefore, is anxious to seek financial
~'as.istance in the development of its Conklin Point Public Boat
,
~unch Park proj ect; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of
Recreation and Parks provides qrant monies under the State
administered Florida Boatinq Improvement Proqrall for local
governments qualifyinq for said assistance for Boatinq
Section" 2. Collier County is herewith authorized "to
~axecute any. and all applications, or such other materials as

aay be requested to process the application, and to enter into
required agreement. to secure designated tunds for the Conklin
Point Public Boat Launch Park project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THA~ ~HI8 RESOLUTION SHALL BECOME
