A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NU7SANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
~abatemant of certain nuisances, includinq prescribed administrative
COst incurred by the County, shall be assessed aqainst such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
'calculated and report.d to the Board of County C01IIDIissioners, toqether
with a description of said parc.l; and
.:>;. WHEREAS, such assesnent shall be a leqal, valid and bindinq
bliqation upon the property aqainst vbich mad. until paid; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described

proper notic. th.reof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
