A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
TIm ABA'l'EMEN'l' OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.

~,~. WHEREAS, aa provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
'abateaent of certain nuisances, includinq prescribed administrative
;:~at incurred by the County, shall be assessed aqainst such property;
,'.' ~, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
" calculatec1 and reported to the Board of County COJIQIlissioners, toqether
with a description of said parcel; and
.i , WHEREAS, such assessment shall b4it a leqal, valid and bindinq
:obligation upon the property againatwhich made until pa~d; and

"~F WHEREAS, the a'aseaa.ent shall becOlle due and payable thirty (30)
'days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0') per annum on any
~id portion thereof.

.'COJOaSSIONERS OF COLLIER COOJrrY, FLORIDA, that the property described
,as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
'proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed

,,->owner fails to pay such aasessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
:." certified copy of thia Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien aqainst auch property according to law, unless ,such direction is
stayed ~ thia Board upon appeal of the assessment of the owner.
