~r":.. WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
~abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
~:cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;

calculated and reported to the Board of County Comm~ss10ners, together

~;t WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
ligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
<,' WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
jlays after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
'.' hall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any
paid portion thereof.

85, Golden Gate, unit 3, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the common boundary of Lot 8 and Lot
9, Block 85, GOLDEN GATE, Unit 3, according to the plat thereof
recorded in. Plat Book 5, Page 10, of the PUblic Records of Collier
County, Florida, with the Northeasterly line of Tropiciana Boulevard
as shown on said plat for the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run
southwesterly along the boundary of Tropicana Boulevard and said Lot
8 to a point of.said boundary one-half the distance between the
intersection of the common boundary of said Lot 8 and Lot 9 with the
boundary of Tropicana Boulevard and the intersection of the common
bo~ndary of said Lot 8 and Lot 7 with Tropicana Boulevard (being
.approximately 40 feet); thence Northeasterly a distance of 125 feet,
