Board of County Commissioners, has requested to correct a
scriveners error for the hereinafter described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1, Property Description and Ownership, Subsection
1.02, Legal Description, of Ordinance 86-58 as amended by
Ordinance 88-54 is hereby amended to read as follows:
West 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the
northeas%west 1/4, Section 30, ToWl~ship 48
South, Range 26 East, Collier County,
Florida.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been
filed with the Secretary of State.
