A RESOWTIOM APPROVIlfG THE TERMS OF OFFICE FOR
TIm MEMBERS OF THE HISTORIC/ARCHAEOLOGICAL
PRESERVATION BOARD
WHEREAS, COllier COUnty Ordinance No. 91-70 created the
Hi.toric/Archaeological Pre.ervation Board and provides that the
COUnty eo.ai..ion .hall appoint seven (7) aembers to the Historic!
Archaeological Pre.ervation Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot county Commi..ioner. on October 1, 1991
adopted a..olution Mo. 91-692, appointing .even (7) members to the
Historic/Archaeological Pre.ervation Board; and
WHEREAS, Re.olution No. 91-692 provide. that the
HistoriC/Archaeological Pre.ervation Board aembers shall decide
upon the initial te~ ot ottice, a. set torth in ordinance No.
91-70, and .hall re~nd to the Board ot County Commissioners
the initial te~ ot ottice tor each ot the seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of COUnty eo.ai..ioner. by .eparate
Resolution .hall approve the initial te~ ot ottice tor the
~ber. ot the Hi.toric/Archaeological Pre.ervation Board.
