A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDINC FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABA'l'EKENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 85-33, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, a. provided in Ordinance 85-33, as amended by Ordinance
89-66, the co.t of abatement of certain nuisances, includinq prescribed
adaini.trativ. co.t. incurred by the County, shall be assessed aqainst
such property; and
WHEREAS, the cost thereot to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board ot County Commissioners, toqether
with a description ot .aid parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be 1eqa1, valid and bindinq
obliqations upon the property aqainst which made until paid; and
WHEREAs, the a......ent .hal1 become due and payable thirty (30)
day. att.r the aai1inq ot Notice ot Assessment atter which interest
.hall accrue at a rate ot twelve percent (12.0\) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereot.
