FEB I I 1992
A RESOLtlTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
. abate.ent ot certain nuisance., including pre.cribed administrative
cont incurred by the County, .hall be as.e..ed against .uch property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost ther.of to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a de.cription of .aid parcel; and
WHEREAS, .uch a....sm.nt .hall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the prop.rty against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the a.....m.nt .hall become due and payablo thirty (30)
days atter the mailing of Notic. of A.....ment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of tw.lve p.rcent (12.0') per annum on any
unpaid portion thereot.
KOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMIIISSIOHERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as tOllows, and having been abated ot a public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
the tollowing costs of such abatement, to wit:

The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notic. of assessment of
lien to the owner or owners of the above described property, and
it such owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days
hereof, a certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida,
to constitute a. lien against such property according to law,
unless such direction is stayed by this Board upon appeal of the
as.essment of the owner.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
