A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEKEHT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 85-33, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, a. provided in Ordinance 85-33, a. amended by Ordinance
89-66, the co.t ot abateaent ot certain nui.ance., includinq prescribed
adainistrative cost. incurred by the County, shall be assessed aqainst
lIuch prc.~rty; and
WHEREAS, the cost thereot to the County a. to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board ot county COlIIJIlis.ioners, toqether
with a description ot said parcel; and
WHEREAS, .uch a..essment .hall be leqal, valid and bindinq
obliqation. upon the property aqain.t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the as.e.sment .hall become due and payable thirty (30)
days atter the aailinq ot Notice ot As.essment atter which interest
&ball accrue at a rate ot twelve percent (12.0') per annum on any
unpaid portion thereot.

COMKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described

proper notice thereot to the owner ot said property, is hereby assessed
