A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 85-33, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, a. provided in ordinance 85-33, a. amended by Ordinance
89-66, the co.t ot abatement ot certain nuisances, including prescribed
adaini.trative co.t. incurred by the County, shall be assessed against
web property; and
~, the cost thereot to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and r.ported to the Board ot County Commissioners, together
with a d..cription ot .aid parc.l; and
WHEREAS, such a.....ment .hall be legal, valid and binding
Obligations upon the property again.t which mad. until paid; and
WHEREAS, the a..e...ent shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days atter the mailing of Notic. ot Assessment atter which interest
shall accru. at a rat. ot twelve percent (12.0t) per annum on any
unpaid portion th.r.ot.

HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the prop.rty described
as follow., and having been abated ot a public nuisance atter due and
proper notice thereot to the owner ot said property, is hereby assessed
