A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PR~DING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abateaent of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
~, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and r.ported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a de.cription of .aid parcel; and
WHEREAS, .uch a.......nt shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property again.t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the a.......nt .hall become due and payable thirty (30)
days after the aailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0') per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
ROW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice ther.of to the owner of .aid property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abat.ment, to wit:

The Clerk of the Board shall aail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owner. of the above de.cribed property, and if such
owner tail. to pay such ass.s..ent within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
CI.rk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal of the assessment of the owner.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
