J " /' RESOLUTION NO. 92- 64 FEB 4 1992 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRO~DING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE 85-33, AS AMENDED. WHEREAs, as provided in Ordinance 85-33, as amended by Ordinance 89-66, the coat ot abatement of certain nuisances, inclUding prescribed adainistrative costs incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and WHEREAs, the cost thereot to the County as to each parcel shall be calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together with a description ot said parcel; and WHEREAs, such assessment shall be legal, valid and binding obligations upon the property against which made until paid; and WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30) days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest shall accrue at a rate ot twelve percent (12.0\) per annum on any unpaid portion thereot.
