Resolution 1992-057 RESOLUTION NO. 92- 57 FEB 4 1992 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THB ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE 91-47. , WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs ot zabatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative "~cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; ':and ~t,'5~,ii <- 1 .~~?}: WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be ';.calculated and reported to the Board of County commissioners, together )~ith a description ot said parcel; and ...... WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding ~~bliqation upon the property aq~inst which made until paid; and .
