COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO CONSIDER
ADOPTING A RESOLUTION, PURSUANT TO SECTION
197.3632, FLORIDA STATt1rES, STATING THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS INTENT TO USE THE

WHEREAS, S.ction 197.3632(3) (a), Florida Statut.., a.
-.ended, requires the Board of County commissionern to obtain the
consent of the Property Apprai.er and Tax Collector in order to
adopt a Notice of Int.nt re.olution at a pUblic h.aring after
January 1, 1992 but prior to March 1, 1992 in order to allow such
special assess.ents to be collected annually with the County
Fi.cal Year coaaencing October 1, 1992 in the sa.. aanner as

WHEREAS, on November 19, 1991 the Property Appraiser, Tax
Collector and the Board of County Commissioners consented and
agreed to hold the public hearing prior to March 1, 1992 to
consider a re.olution of intent to u.e the non-ad valorem method
of collecting .pecial as......nt. to fund the County'. stormwater
aanageaent program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OP COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OP COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:

hearing on Tu.sday, F.bruary 25, 1992 at 9:00 A.M. at the Board of
