A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
JAN 2 I 1992
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, includinq prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed aqainst such property;
and
WHEREAS, the co.t thereof to the County a. to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, toqether
with a de.cription of .aid parcel; and
WHEREAS, such asse.sment shall be a leqal, valid and bindinq
obliqation upon the property aqain.t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the a......ent .hall become due and payable thirty (30)
day. aft.r the mailinq of Notic. of As...sment atter which interest
.hall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0') per annum on any
unpaid portion ther.of.

COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the prop.rty described
