RESOLUTION NO. 92- 37
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 85-33, AS AMENDED.
JAN 2 I 1992
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 85-33, as amended by Ordinance
89-66, the cost of abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed
adaini.trative cost. incurred by the County, shall be assessed against
such property 1 and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of .aid parce11 and
WHEREAS, .uch as.e..ment .hall be legal, valid and binding
obligations upon the property again.t which made until paid1 and
WHEREAS, the a.....ment .hall become due and payable thirty (30)
day. after the mailing of Notice of Asse.sment after which interest
.hal1 accrue at a rate of tw.lv. p.rcent (12.0') per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
OOMMXSSIOIfERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
