RESOLUTION NO. 92- 32
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 85-33, AS AMENDED.

WHEREAS, as provid.d in Ordinance 85-33, a. am.nded by Ordinance
89-66, the co.t ot abatem.nt ot c.rtain nuisance., including prescribed
adainistrative costs incurred by the County, .hall be assessed against
such property; and
WHEREAS, the co.t ther.ot to the County a. to .ach parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board ot County Commi.sioners, together
with. de.cription ot .aid parcel; and
