Resolution 1992-030 ", RESOLUTION NO. 92- 30 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE 85-33, AS AMENDED. JAN 2 I 1992 WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 85-33, as amended by Ordinance 89-66, the cost ot abatement ot certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative costs incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together with a description ot said parcel; and WHEREAS, such assessment shall be legal, valid and binding obligations upon the property against which made until paid; and WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30) days atter the mailing ot Notice ot Assessment after which interest shall accrue at a rate ot twelve percent (12.0\) per annum on any unpaid portion thereot. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described as tollows, and having been abated of a public nuisance atter due and proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed the following costs of such abatement, to wit: NAME: Willie Mae Postell 0/0 Jean canty LEGAL DESCRIPTION: COST: Lot 17, Block 8 of Carson's Addition $435.00 Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 33, of the Publio Records of Collier County, Florida. REJ'ERENCB I 91-04-05,115 The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notice of assessment ot lien to the owner or owners of the above described property, and it such owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereot, a certitied copy ot this Resolution shall be tiled in the Ottice of the Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is stayed by this Board upon appeal of the assessment ot the owner.
