A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.

WHEREAS, a. provid.d in Ordinanc. 91-47, the direct costs of
abataaent of c.rtain nuisanc.., including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, .hall be a.se.sed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the co.t th.r.of to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of county Commi..ioner., together
with a description of .aid parc.l; and
WHEREAS, .uch a..e...ent .hall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property again.t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the a......ent shall become due and payable thirty (30)
day. aft.r the mailing of Notice of A.sessment att.r which interest
shall accrue at a rate of tw.lv. perc.nt (12.0\) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereOf.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described

proper notice ther.ot to the owner ot said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:
