A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, a. provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abat...nt of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
co.t incurred by the County, .hall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the co.t thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commi.sioners, together
with . de.cription of .aid parcel; and
WHEREAS, .uch a.....m.nt .hall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property aqain.t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the a.......nt .hall become due and payable thirty (30)
day. after the ..iling of Notice ot A..essment atter which interest
.hall accrue at a rat. of tw.lve percent (12.01) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereot.

COMKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
