RESOLUTION FOR PETITION AV 91-015 TO VACATE TRACTS "M"
AND "N", AND TWO (2) DRAINAGE, MAINTENANCE AND ACCESS
EASEMENTS LOCATED ON THE PLAT OF FALLING WATERS AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 51-53 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, FlorIda Statutes, Bob
Thinnes as aQent for owners, Samuel Hubschman, Harrison Hubschman,
Albert Hubschman and Terry Beyrent do hereby request the vacation
of Tracts "M" and "N" and two (2) drainaQe, maintenance and access
easements located on a portion of the plat of FallinQ Waters as
recorded in Plat Book 18, paQes 51-53, of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida: and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearinQ to
consider vacatinQ a portion of said plat as more fUlly described
below, and notice of said public hearinQ to vacate was Qiven as
required by law, and
WHEREAS, the QrantlnQ of the vacation will not adversely
affect the ownership or riQht of convenient access of other
property owners.
NOW, THERE,FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the followinQ
portion of said plat be and is hereby vacated:
See Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to
record this Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County,

Florida and, to make proper notations of this vacation on said plat.
