A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING CHARLES R. REYNOLDS
AND ALLEN POYNER AND APPOINTING T. ANTHONY BROCK
TO THE OCHOPEE FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
~mEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-6 created the
Ochopce Fire District and provides for the establishment of an
advisory board; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 89-98 confirmed the
creation of the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board and provides
that the Advisory Board shall be composed of five (5) members and
such membership shall consist of one (1) member from each of the
designated areas; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two of the members expired on December
31, 1991; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy was created with the demise of Evelyn
Shealy; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Charles R. Reynolds, appointed by Everglades City, is
hereby reappointed to the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board for
a two year term; said term commencing January 1, 1992 and expiring
on December 31, 1993.
2) Allen Poyner, representing Lee Cypress (Copeland), is
hereby reappointed to the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board for
a two year term; said term commencing January 1, 1992 and expiring
on December 31, 1993.
3) T. Anthony Brock, representing Ochopee, is hereby
appointed to the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board for a two
year term; said term commencing January 7, 1992 and expiring on
December 31, 1993.
