RESOLUTION NO. 92-6
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING HARRY B. BEARMAN,
RICHARD A. GORGA AND RICHARD E. PETT TO
THE SMALL CITIES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT CITIZENS ADVIS0RY TASK
FORCE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Resolution No. 85-236 established a
Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Citizens Advisory
Task Force for Collier County; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85-236 provided for the appointment
of members for two years terms; and
WHEREAS, the members on the Citizens Advisory Task Force have
served for two terms; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-60 confirmed the
creation of the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant
Citizens Advisory Task Force for Collier County and provides that
the Citizens Advisory Task Force shall consist of 5 members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of three (3) members expired on December
31, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Harry B. Bearman, representing the Business Leaders, is
hereby appointed to the Small Cities Community Development Block
Grant Citizens Advisory Task Force for a two year term, said term
commencing on January 7, 1992 and expiring on December 31, 1993.
2) Richard A. Gorga, representing the Community-at-Large, is
hereby appointed to the Small cities Community Development Block
Grant Citizens Advisory Task Force for a two year term, said term
commencing on January 7, 1992 and expiring on December 31, 1993.
3) Richard E. Pett, representing Social ServiceS/Community
Leaders, is hereby appointed to the Small Cities Community
Development Block Grant Citizens Advisory Task Force for a two
year term, said term commencing on January 7, 1992 and expiring on
