Ordinance 90-110 O1RDINANCE NO. 90- .I. 10 ,. ~ON; OONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY; AND PRDVIDIN~ AN . ~ ~AS, the Var~e~_Wbilt Beach Property Owners Association has request~ the ~ of County C~[ssione~ to create a ~a~et lightir~ municipal services unit for certain lands within the Vanderbilt Beach Area of Collier County, ~T~AS,. the Board of Oounty O.~,,uissior, e. rs u~3on public bearir~ bas ~ that it is in the public intarest and welfare that ~ a m=nicipal O0~NTY, FIZZ/DA, that: ~ Ordinance is adopted pursuant to Ompter 125, Florida Statutes, Ompter 200, Florida Statutes, and other applicable provisions of law. ~%er~ is hereby created and established the Vanderbilt Beach Area Street ~ ]~%icipal Service Taxing Unit (here/nafter referred to as the '~Jnit"). and specifically ~ as: ~hat part of Sectic~ 20 lying South of the Northerly Right- of-Way Line of Bluebill Avenue (Steate Road S-846), %'nat part of Sections 21, 28 and 33, lying South of the Northerly Right-of-Way Line of Bluebill Avenue (State Road S-846), lying West of the ~terly Right-of-Way Line of Vanderbilt Drive and lyL~g North of the Southerly Right-of-Way Line o.f Vanderbilt Beach Road (State Road S-862) , %"nat part of Sectior~ 29 and 32 lying _~sst of the Mean~igh Water Line of the Gulf of Me>elco and North of the So~ ly Right-of-Way Line of\ Vandezg>ilt Beach R~ad (State ~oad S-862) , AND All of "Baker-Carroll Point" a~ recorded in Plat Book 8, I~age 42, Public Records of said Collier County, That portion of said Section 32 lying South of Vanderbilt Beach Road and being comprised of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Site, the Northwest Fill Area and the Annex Parking Site as descrLbed in O.R. Book 1181, Pages 1660 and 1661, Public Records of said Collier County, That portion of said Section 32 lying South of Vanderbilt Beach Road c~t~rised of the Collier County Parking Facility as described in O.R. Book 966, Page said Collier County. 1864, Public Records of All of the above being in Township 48 South, Range 25 Fast, "' The governirg Board of the Unit shall be the Board of County C~,,,dssioners of Collier County, Florida with the power and duty to conduct the affairs of the /. Unit as ~-~cribed by Florida Statutes.
