(INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ADDRESSING THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS), REGISTER WITH THE CLERK TO THE
BOARD AT THE BOARD MINUTES AND RECORDS DEPARTMENT.

. Recommendation to approve a compliance agreement between the
Department of Community Affairs and Collier County, including
Petitioners-in-Intervention, setting forth proposed Remedial Amendments
to the Growth Management Plan, Ordinance 89-05, as amended, pertaining
to Section 24 in North Belle Meade. [Coordinator: David Weeks, Growth

3. Petition: CP-2008-5, Immokalee Area Master Plan Growth Management Plan
Amendments (Transmittal Hearing)

. Petition requesting an amendment to the Immokalee Area Master Plan and
Immokalee Area Master Plan Future Land Use Map. to make revisions to the
entire Master Plan to include: increases to commercial acreage, industrial
acreage, and allowable residential density; elimination of some existing
designations; creation of a new designation for the Immokalee Regional
Airport Site; and, addition of approximately 103 acres presently designated
Agricultural/Rural within the Rural Lands Stewardship Area as identified on
the countywide Future Land Use Map. [Coordinator: Carolina Valera,

Motion to approve modification to allow Special Treatment w/o
justification regarding density blending (CCPC had removed it and now
it will be reinserted) - Approved 4/1 (Commissioner Coyle opposed);
Motion to strike "D" from Policy 6.17 - mobile home park is not going
to be allowed (as clarified by the Immokalee CRA Advisory Board)
Approved - 4/1 (Commissioner Henning opposed); On page 7 strike
thru Immokalee as it is redundant (in Exhibit A) per Robert Mulhere
Resolution 2010-129: Motion to transmit - Adopted w/changes 5/0
