RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIllr; THE ACCEPTTIlICE OF PELICAN I~ARSH
UNIT SEVEN REPLAT A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY
RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS PELICAII MARSH UlnT ONE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on September 7, 1993 approved the plat of Pelican Marsh
unit One for recording; and
WHEREAS, westinghouse Communities of Haples is replatting a
portion of Pelican Marsh unit One, and has filed for a replat of
said lands; and
WHEREAS, this replat does
the dedications contained in the
said dedications are formally
acceptance of this replatj and
not extinguish or in anyway affect
previous plat of these lands unless
vacated simultaneously with the
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Pelican Marsh Unit
Seven Replat, is a part of previously approved and recorded plat,
Pelican Marsh unit One and the filing and recording of this approved
plat shall not affect acces~ to lots previously ~onveyed under the
Pelican Marsh unit One plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AIID ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Pelican Marsh unit Seven Replat, a part of previously approved and
recorded plat, Pelican Marsh unit One is hereby approved for
recording and the dedications contained on the plat of Pelican Marsh
unit Seven, Replat are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall mal<e proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record this replat resolution in the Official
Records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
