PROVIDING FOR ASSESSKENTOr LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISAUCE, III NX:O,RDAtlCE
WITH ORPIt4ANCE 9,1-47. '
WHEREAS, as provided in. Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abat...nt of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the CpWtty., shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost ther-.of to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together

The Clerk ot the Board shall aail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners ot the above described property, and if such
owner tails to pay such assess.ent within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certitied copy ot this Resolution shall be tiled in the Otfice of the
Clerk ot Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal ot the assessment of the owner.
