A RESOLUTION Of THE BOARD Of COUllT'i COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDItIG fOR ASSESSMENT Of' Lr EN, fOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC llUISAIICE, III ACCORDANCE

WHEREAS, a. provided in Ordinance 91-47, thp. direct costs of
abate_ant ot certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incvrred'~ ~h~ C~ury~y, shall be assessed a~ainst such property;
and ' .
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County a~ to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commi5s1oners, together
with a descriptio~ ~t sa~d parcel; and .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEO BY THf. BOARD Of' COUllTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described

proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed

unwarranted or excessive or why such expenses should not
constitute a lien against the property. Such request tor
