RESOLUTION NO. 94-~
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MIREYA LOUVIERE TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80 provides that the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board shall consist of seven (7)
Ilembers; and
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of a member of this Board,
there is currently on. (1) vacancy to be filled; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided p~b1icnotice soliciting applications from interested
parties to fill this vacancy; and
WHEREAS, all applicants meet the criteria for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Mireya Louviere,
representing the Business person category, is hereby appointed to
the Collier County Code Enforcement Board for the remainder of the
term, said term expiring on February 14, 1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
