AMENDED, THE MARCO SHORES PLANNED UNI~o
DEVELOPMENT, BY AMENDING ' PARAGRAPH 10 · 3, ~
DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF S~CTION MARINA,
GOODLAND MARINA DEVELOPMENT-AREA, X~O PROVIDE ~
FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF LOTS IN SAID AREA~ AND
BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Kris Dane of Coastal Engineering consultants, Inc.,
representing Maritime Venture I, Inc., petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to amend Ordinance Number 84-42, as amended,
the Marco Shores Planned Unit Development.
NOW, T}{EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION'ONE:
Paragraph 10.3, Development Standards, of Section X, Marina,
Goodland Marina Development Area, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
10 3 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
A. Minimum Lot Area:

B. Minimum Lot Width: NOt applicable.

D. Maximum ~eight of Structures: Thirty-five
(35) feet.

SECTION TWO: Effective Date.
This Ordinance sha~l become effective upon receipt of notice
